Thousand helmets
Thousand helmets have a 1 year limited warranty from the date of original purchase to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage caused by impact, improper use, accident, negligence, abuse, improper maintenance, improper fit, normal wear and tear, modifications, use unintended by Thousand or damage due to heat or contact with chemicals.
If your Thousand helmet is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, within one year from the date of purchase, Thousand will have the option of either repairing or replacing the helmet, free of charge, as the sole remedy under this limited warranty.
